Convenient Packaging and Storage:
Each pack contains 120g (4.23oz) of bean skin rolls. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Reseal tightly after opening and consume promptly for the best taste and texture
Step 1: Cut the tofu skin into pieces.
Step 2: Mince the mushrooms and scallions. Place them in a blender along with the ground meat. Then add the beaten egg, dry cornstarch, cooking oil, cooking wine, salt, and a little light soy sauce. Mix well. Place some of the mushroom and ground meat mixture on top of the tofu skin.
Step 3: Wrap the mushrooms and ground meat with the tofu skin.
Step 4: Wrap everything and set aside.
Step 5: Heat oil in a pan until 50% hot. Place the tofu skin rolls in the pan and deep-fry on one side first.
Step 6: Flip and deep-fry on the second side.
Step 7: Deep-fry until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
Step 8: Add scallions to the pan.
Step 9: Remove from the pan and serve.
